SO MONEY Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 8 oz of SO MONEY Vanilla Chai, brewed
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, add more or less to taste
  • 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1⁄2 cup whole milk
  • cinnamon for sprinkling

Instructions

Bring your water to a boil. Place your infuser filled with SO MONEY in a mug and add the water. Let steep for three to five minutes. Next, heat your milk in a small saucepan over low heat until hot (do not boil). Remove the tea leaves from the mug and add the maple syrup and vanilla to the tea; stir to combine. Remove the milk from the heat and carefully whisk, using a quick left-to-right motion until the milk is frothy and foamy. Pour the milk into the mug with the tea, spoon any foam that is left on top, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Enjoy!

Foamy Lavender Chai Latte

Ingredients

(For the syrup)

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon culinary or food-grade lavender

(For the rest)

Instructions

Add water, sugar, and lavender to a small pot. Bring to a boil and stir frequently. Simmer for 1 minute then remove from heat. Let sit for 30 minutes before straining into a glass jar and setting aside. Make the unsweetened chai as directed, omitting the sugar or sweetener. Strain into a mug. In a separate small cup, pour a little bit of (cold) milk of choice. Grab handheld frother and froth until it's double to triple the original size. Add three teaspoons of lavender syrup to the chai and stir well. Gently pour cold foam over the chai. Enjoy!

chai old fashioned cocktail recipe

Spiced Chai Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • Bourbon
  • SO MONEY Vanilla Chai
  • Water
  • Sugar
  • Orange Peel + Cinnamon Stick for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Begin by making the SO MONEY Vanilla Chai simple syrup: steep chai in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Whether you’re using tea sachets or an infuser, be sure to try and get as much flavor out of the tea as possible. Next, reheat your brewed chai in a saucepan over low heat. Add in your sugar, and stir until all sugar is dissolved. Once it’s done, let your chai simple syrup cool in the pot. Afterward, it can be stored in the fridge. In a cocktail glass, add a shot (or two!) of bourbon as well as 2-3 tbsp of the chai simple syrup. Mix with a cocktail stirrer and adjust the sweetness if needed. Finish off with an ice cube and orange peel. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Shot Whiskey

  • 1 Tsp Orange Liqueur
  • Water
  • Allspice
  • Cinnamon Stick for garnish (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

Begin by steeping SO MONEY Vanilla Chai in 1 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Next, remove tea from water followed by adding your whiskey and orange liqueur. Sprinkle a dash of allspice. Stir together with cinnamon stick to garnish. Add your ice and enjoy!

Cocoa-Orange Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 0.75 oz tea simple syrup
  • 0.75 oz Mr. Black coffee liqueur
  • 1.5 oz vodka of choice
  • 1 shot espresso

Instructions

Begin by making the Divine Love Cocoa Orange simple syrup: steep 2 tsp tea, 1/4 cup sugar & 1 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Pour your simple syrup in a shaker with the rest of your ingredients. Shake for 15+ seconds for a nice foam!
Garnish with cocoa powder, Divine Love tea, and enjoy!
